We want you to love your sewing projects, so we accept returns on unused, unopened physical patterns and kits within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to their nature, all digital PDF patterns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your physical items are in their original, unopened packaging and that your order was placed within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Carefully package your items and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
